Lindsey Gayle Evans (born December 9, 1989) is an American model and beauty queen that has been selected as the Playboy Playmate of the Month for October 2009. She is a former pageant titleholder from Blanchard, Louisiana who held the Miss Louisiana Teen USA 2008 and competed in the Miss Teen USA 2008 pageant. Evans graduated Northwood High School in 2008 and is attending Northwestern State University majoring in Broadcast Journalism. Her parents are Julie and Chuck Conly and she has two brothers. Her hobbies include dancing, networking, and shopping.

Evans has competed in beauty pagents since she was young but did not win until her braces were removed at age 16. Prior to winning Miss Louisiana Teen USA she had placed first runner-up in the previous year's competition.Evans was the third runner up in Miss Teen USA 2008 held at the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas. Other contestants with the same director placed first and second runner-up, the first time one director had three contestants in the top five in the history of the Miss USA and Miss Teen USA pageants.
